Tracey, our Principal Lawyer and Legal Practitioner Director is a highly experienced and qualified legal professional with a background of 30+ years in commercial legal practice advising a broad range of small to large companies and individuals.
She provides both strategic and technical guidance and advice in a broad variety of legal practice areas including commercial litigation, insolvency, employment, business and commercial law.
Tracey adds value across all aspects of a client’s business and commercial operations, acting for clients within a diverse range of industry sectors including manufacturing, processing, construction, mining and resources, agribusiness, property, professional services, engineering, retail, wholesale and online businesses to name a few.

As a specialist commercial litigator and insolvency lawyer, Tracey has lead litigation practice teams in both private practice and in-house. As director of litigation in a fast paced, high profile resources company, she has overseen some of the largest and most complex cases Australian Courts have seen.
Tracey has the unique ability to analyse situations and identify realistic solutions, all whilst providing understanding and support that leaves clients feeling confident and assured that they are in the best hands.
